•Are there any other costs involved in producing my Cyber Sales People borderless video? NO. The fee quoted to produce your Cyber Sales People video is a one time fee. We require a 50% deposit before we go into production and the remaining balance is due once you have approved the final product but before you are allowed to install the video onto your website.

•Do I have to re-design my website? NO! There is no need to re-design your existing website unless you want to. All you have to do is insert a simple code onto your page where you want your cyber sales rep to appear and that's it.

•Do I have to purchase any special programs/bandwidth or hosting? NO! We take care of the bandwidth requirements and have simplified the process for our clients otherwise your hosting costs and bandwidth usage would shoot through the roof. We've got you covered.

•Can I be my own spokesperson? Absolutely. That decision is completely up to you weather you choose on of our professionally trained models or if you decide to be your own spokesperson.

•Who writes the script? Since you know your business better than anyone else, we require that you write your own script. But you will receive help from our creative department to help get it just right.

•How long should my messages be? Good question! We recommend that your homepage message be no longer than :30 seconds. Believe me, you can get a lot of information out in :30 seconds or less. Besides, the goal is to grab your visitors attention and keep it without boring them. Your other messages can be a little longer but we suggest no longer than :60 seconds although some clients have gone as long as 2 minutes.

•How do Cyber Sales People help my website? They bring your existing website to life and make it stand out from your competitors websites. They increase your conversion rate (converting clicks to sales) as high as 500%. A real sales person makes connections with people and encourage your visitors to buy your services or products. Many people don't have time to read through all the words we put on our sites and are much more likely to listen to a real live person. We have clients that are doing so well with the addition of a Cyber Sales Person to their site that they don't want to share where they got it from because they don't want too many people to copy them.

•May we use props? Yes! As long as the prop or props can fit inside the studio.

•Can I place my Cyber Sales People anywhere on my site? Yes.

•Are there any special instructions about what my model should wear? Absolutely! If your website has a dark background your model should wear light colors and if your website has a light colored background, your model should wear dark colors and STAY AWAY FROM GREEN! No green colored clothing is allowed due to the green screen.

•Do I have to use your studio if I live to far away? We would prefer that you use our studio because we know what we're doing and are confident in the quality of our work, but to answer your question, you can shoot your video footage at any studio as long as they have shooting capabilities, proper lighting and a ceiling to floor green screen. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to use the video footage at all nor can we guarantee the quality. Once your video has been shot simply send us the DVD or miniDV.

•Who owns the video once it is produced? You will be the sole owner of the completed video. Cyber Sales People Technology will maintain a copy in our archived records for demonstration purposes. You will simply need to sign "Talent Release” document in order to protect our actors and ensure the video will be used only for it’s original intended use for the time specified.

• Will this work on any computer? Cyber Sales People and our technology require no special equipment, programs, plug ins or software. To the best of our knowledge, Cyber Sales People work on any computer that's hooked up to the internet.

•If this is just flash video, why can't I just have my web technician do this for me? It's actually not that simple. There are special programs and software was designed specifically for this that we use to achieve the transparent overlay effects of having someone walk out onto the pages of your website to talk to your visitors. If your web tech hasn't been professionally trained on this particular concept, it will turn into a HUGE headache for everyone involved and chances are it won't be at all what you envisioned for your website.
